The Control Panel is an easy to use web based tool that allows you to do everything you need to do with your site. Upload files, create files, create password protected directories and much more. Our customers love the Control Panel.

Can I transfer my current domain name to you?
Yes. Just indicate on the order form whether it is a new domain or one you want to transfer.

How am I billed each month?
We will automatically bill your card each year on the same day you signed up. A charge will appear on your credit card in the same amount every year for hosting service.

Do you provide support?
Yes. When you have a server related question simply send us an email with your name, domain name and a detailed explanation of the problem you are having. We answer all server related email. We can't provide support for 3rd party scripts that you may want to install however, that is up to you.
